摘　　要：平等就业机会保障不仅有利于促进少数民族大学毕业生获得就业机会,而且对少数民族地区的经济建设及和谐发展具有重要意义。随着少数民族大学生数量的迅猛增长,其毕业生就业问题日益突出,构建保障少数民族大学毕业生平等就业机会的公共就业服务体系,需要政府、高校、社会组织等各方面的共同参与和积极努力。Guarantee of equal employment opportunity is not only conductive to employment of ethnic minority students, but is also of significance to economic construction and harmonious development of ethnic regions. With the rapidly increasing number of ethnic minority university students, their employment problem becomes more serious. Constructing a public service system for employment to guarantee their equal opportunity of employment requires participation and joint efforts of the government, universities and social organizations.
