摘　　要：中高职衔接标准的构建是解决中高职衔接问题的关键。为建立中高职衔接标准,首先应构建中高职衔接分层模型,其具体要求是从开放性和扩展性的角度对职业教育体系中每一层级的教学目标、内容、功能及输入和输出接口进行界定。在此基础上,教育行政机关可制定具体的中高职衔接标准,这一标准的核心内容是人才培养目标和能力标准。The construction of linkage standard is the key for solving the problem of linkage of secondary and higher vo cational education.To build the linkage stratified model is the foremost task for constructing the linkage standard,and it requires to define the teaching objectives,teaching contents,input interface and output interface for each level of vocation al education from the perspective of openness and expansion.Based on the above,the educational administrative depart ments should work out material standard for the linkage of secondary and higher vocational education,and the core con tents of the standard are talent cultivation objectives and ability standard.
