摘　　要：为应对全球经济竞争和人口老龄化挑战,解决就业不足与技能短缺的矛盾,澳大利亚近年来进一步强化"技能立国"的理念,并发布《面向全民的技能》等一系列职业教育与培训改革方案,提出建立一个惠及全民、高效灵活的职业教育与培训体系。其职业教育改革中所体现的政府发挥积极作用、追求公平和质量、关注可持续发展等特征对我国具有重要借鉴意义。In order to respond to the challenges of global economic competition and population aging,and solve the con flict between employment deficiency and skills shortage,Australian government stressed the idea of ＂skilling the nation＂ further in recent years by announcing a series of reform plans such as＂Skills for All Australians＂,which put forward to build a more national,efficient and flexible vocational education and training system.Its reform characteristics such as positive role of government,seeking equality and quality,and focusing on sustainable development have significant refer ence to China.
