摘 要:在大量的农产品行业企业调研基础上,开展岗位、职业能力、工作任务和工作过程分析,依据国家职业标准和相关技术标准制定课程标准。在课程体系设置上,力求实现农产品从"田地到餐桌"全程检测,构建出"行企融合、双线并行"的农产品质量检测专业课程体系。在具体专业课程开发中,协调课程之间包含的相似技能,确保不遗漏、不过多重复,同时注重配套教材和网络教学资源建设,教学过程设计尽量与企业工作过程一致。On the basis of massive investigation on agricultural products industry and enterprises,the analysis on posts,professional competency,working tasks and working process was developed,and the curriculum system of agricultural products quality inspection specialty was developed according to national professional standard and relative technological standard.In the aspect of curriculum system setting,it tried to realize the whole process inspection from the farmland to meal table,and build the specialty curriculum system of "integration of industries and enterprises and parallelling of dual-line".In the development of specialty courses,it tries to integrate similar skills in different courses,and avoid omitting and duplication;meanwhile,paying attention to the construction of matching teaching materials and network resources,and carrying out teaching in consistence with working process of enterprises.
