摘 要:目的:建立对双酶解法制成注射用葡萄糖的碎米原料中拟除虫菊酯残留量的检测方法,为严把注射用葡萄糖的原料关奠定基础。方法:选用ECD检测器、采用石英毛细管气相色谱法展开研究。结果:所建立的方法学中3种拟除虫菊酯农残在0.004~0.2mg/kg范围内,其峰面积与进样量的线性相关关系r均大于0.999;精密度与重复性试验的RSD均小于5%;加样回收试验回收率在95%~102%之间,并在抽检碎米样品中检出少量拟除虫菊酯农残。结论:建立了一套科学的碎米中拟除虫菊酯农残的监测方法,为实现以碎米制成注射用葡萄糖新药研究进一步夯实了基础。Objective: To establish a determination methods of pyrethroid residual in the broken rice as the raw materials for the double enzymatic hydrolysis to the glucose injection, which laid the foundation. Method: Choosing ECD detector, using quartz capillary gas chromatography. Results: In the established determination methods the peak areas and the samples weight have good linear relationships of the 3 pyrethroid pesticide residues in the 0.004-0.2 mg/kg range, which the correlation coefficient r were larger than 0.999. The RSDs of the precision and repeatability tests were less than 5%; recovery rateswere between 95% and 102%, and random samples checked in broken rice had detected a small amount pyrethroid residues. Conclusion: This study has established a set of scientific broken rice pyrethroid pesticide residues monitoring method, to realize necessary to made with glucose injection drug research further strengthen the foundation.
