摘  要:针对传统的甑桶蒸馏存在诸多弊端,根据固态发酵法白酒连续蒸馏装置设计对新能源开发与利用的需要,综合应用太阳能光伏发电及现代电气技术,分析太阳能光伏发电系统的工作原理、设备组成及能量转换关系,并应用于白酒连续蒸馏装置的驱动系统,对实现清洁生产、节能减排,提高白酒蒸馏设备的装备水平具有重要意义。In view of the traditional retort barrels distillation has many disadvantages, according to continuous solidstate fermentation liquor distillation device was designed for the needs of the development and utilization of new energy,Application of solar photovoltaic power generation and the modern electrical technology was integrated.The working principle of solar photovoltaic power generation systems,equipment composition and the relationship of energy conversion were analyzed, and applied to the continuous distillation of liquor gear drive system. It is of great significance to realize clean production, energy conservation and emissions reduction, and improve liquor distillation equipment equipment level.
