摘　　要：美国高中生涯教育课程的理念是促进全人发展,提供综合学习经验,促进学习、工作与生活之间的积极互动,发展与终生生涯相关的知识、技能及态度等。课程目标方面强调了解自我、工作以及生活,培养生涯决策及胜任工作等综合能力。课程按组织方式分为分离式学科课程、分离式活动课程和学科融入式课程,其中学科融入式课程是最常用的方式。课程实施过程中,面临着三方面问题:课程运作难以把握、教师不重视、人员编制不足。The idea of US high school career education curriculum is to promote the whole-person development, providing integrated learning experience to promote positive interaction among learning, working and life,developing lifelong career related knowledge,skills and attitudes. Curriculum goals emphasize the understanding of self, work and life, cultivating career decision-making and comprehensive ability. According to the methods of organization,curriculum is divided into separate subject, separated activities and integrated subjects, the last one is most commonly used. In the process of the curriculum implementation, it faces three problems： uncontrolled curriculum operation, teachers＇ indifference, and the shortage of staff.
