摘  要:针对我国教育的复杂现状,对教育政策实施的效果进行评价变的尤为重要。我国教育政策评价的实践模式分为政府自评价、政府委托评价、媒体评价、独立机构评价、公众评价五种模式。在坚持正式评价、内部评价为主,非正式评价、外部评价为辅,扩大评价范围的基础上,提出我国教育政策评价实践模式的改进路径:加强民众参与、倡导专家立场、坚持依法评价、培养第三方力量。以期提高教育政策评价的质量,改善教育政策品质。To evaluate the effect of the implementation of education policy for the complexity status quo of China's education is very important.We have five practice patterns to classify: government self evaluation,the government commissioned evaluation,media evaluation,the evaluation of an independent agency,the public evaluation.And provide proposal on the improvement of the education policy evaluation practice mode,which asks us to give priority to formal and internal evaluation aided by informal and external evaluation,extend the scope of evaluation,and based on which further involve more people,highlight the experts' points of view,make evaluations according to the law and develop the third force,improved the quality of the education policy evaluation,to help improve the education policy.
