全纳教育模式对聋人大学生职业成熟度的干预效果研究

摘　　要：国外聋人高等院校的实践证明,全纳教育模式有助于提高聋人大学生的社会融入能力和就业能力。文章在对天津理工大学聋人工学院近几年尝试的高等全纳教育模式进行总结的基础上,以《聋人大学生职业成熟度量表》为研究工具,通过对比发现接受全纳教育模式的聋生在求职过程中的职业目标、职业自信、职业自主维度都有显著的提升。The practice of the deaf higher foreign institutions has proved that inclusive education mode will help improve the deaf college students’ social integration ability and employment ability.The paper is based on summarizing the higher inclusive education mode of the technical college for the deaf at tianjin university of technology in recent years with the deaf college students’ career maturity inventory as a research tool.By contrast,deaf college students who accept inclusive education mode have significant improvement on dimensions of career objectives,career confidence and career independence in the process of job search.
