澳大利亚发展土著人职业教育的主要措施及其成效初探

摘  要:针对土著人职业教育相对落后的状况,澳大利亚联邦政府及各州政府近年来采取了一系列措施:开办土著专门职业学校、采用远程教学形式、加强职业教育与土著社区的联系、鼓励土著家长参与教育过程、聘用合格土著教师。上述措施取得了一定的成效:极大提高了土著学生的自信心和与他人交流的能力、增加了土著学生对商业运转机制的了解、帮助土著学生获得更理想的工作、极大改善了土著民族地区的经济状况。For the vocational education of the indigenous Australian is not so satisfied, the federal government and the state government adopted a series of measures to change this situation in recent years. These effective measures are as follows: to build vocational education institute for indigenous Australian; to adopt distance education model; to strengthen the connection between the vocational education and the indigenous communities; to encourage the indigenous parents to participate in the education decisionmaking process; to hire the qualified indigenous teachers. The above measures have achieved success on many aspects. Such as: the indigenous students' self - confidence and their ability to communicate with others have been greatly improved; their understanding of the commercial operation mechanism have been increased; the chance to obtain a more ideal job is also increased; the economic condition of the indigenous community have become better.
