摘　　要：为了提高科研管理水平,促进高校科研工作的发展,通过分析高校科研管理人员素质培养的现实意义,提出培养和提高高校科研管理人员素质的途径和方法。In order to improve the level of scientific research management, promote the development of scientific research work in colleges and universities, through the analysis of the practical significance of the university scientific research management personnel quality training, this paper puts forward the ways and methods to cultivate and improve the quality of personnel for university scientific research management.
