摘　　要：高等职业院校人才培养工作评估档案是评估的凭证和依据,在评估中具有教育作用,同时也是教育事业的强化剂。切实加强评估档案的管理有着重大的意义。加强高等职业院校人才培养工作评估档案管理,需要高度重视,强化档案管理意识;明确要求,确定档案收集范围;统一规范,确保档案材料规范化;运用网络优势,实现资源共享。The files of assessment on the talents training in higher vocational colleges are the evidence and basis of the evaluation, which is of educational significance and is also a reinforcer for education. To strengthen the management of assessment files is very important, files management; making clear the demands and the documents; taking the advantage of internet to share requiring high attention and an increase of the awareness of scope of files collection ; securing the standardization of the resources and information.
