人文关怀视野下高校特殊学生体育教育的现状和可持续发展

摘　　要：从维系高校教育生态链中的"体育弱势群体"——特殊学生的体育教育现状出发,对我省高校现行特殊体育教育现状进行扫描,发现至今我省高校特殊体育教育仍呈"边缘生存"的状态。抑制特殊体育教育发展的原因主要在于政策保障、社会的接受和支持服务等环节上的不到位。和谐社会背景下高校特殊体育可持续发展应在保障制度确立、课程开发、支持系统完善等方面进行改革,以保证特殊学生最大限度地获得体育学习的权利。This paper focuses on the state of the physical education for special students, a disadvantaged group on the ecological chain in higher education, and finds that these students are in the marginal living state. The causes are the imperfection in such aspects of policy guaranteeing, social recognition, and supporting service. The solutions, for the sake of the sustainable development of physical education for special students in a harmonious society, are in the re- forms in policy establishment, course development, the supporting system improvement, so that such a group can en- joy their full right to receive physical education_
