居民参与社区教育的动力机制探究

摘　　要：近年来,社区教育因其在推进社会和谐发展、提高社会成员素质的过程中发挥着重要作用而日益受到社会的广泛关注。但在进行社区教育的实践活动中,有一个亟待解决的问题,就是如何调动居民的参与社区教育热情和提高他们的参与频率。基于此,对影响当下居民参与社区教育的动力机制的原因进行了分析,并就居民参与社区教育的动力机制的建构路径提出几点建议。Today we are living in a world of rapid change, The rapid transmitting and updating of in- formation has pushed lots of people into the gulf of ignorance. In recent years, the whole societies pay more attention to the community education due to its important role in promoting the harmonious devel- opment of the society and the enhancement of member＇ s quality. However, there is still an urgent is- sue to tackle in the process of carrying out community education, which is how to arise residents＇ en- thusiasm to take part in community education and increase their participation frequency. For thisproblem, the paper analyzes the factors that influence the dynamic mechanism of residents＇ participa- tion in community education, and puts forward several feasible measures to build the dynamic mecha- nism of residents＇ participation.
