异常性染色体核型的临床表现与遗传学分析

摘　　要：目的分析比较性染色体与临床表现的关系。方法对部分遗传咨询患者进行外周血染色体核型分析。结果本文对1896例遗传咨询患者外周血染色体检查中发现27例染色体异常核型,检出率为1.424%。结论性染色体异常临床表现存在着一定的关系。Objective ： To analyze relations between the sex chromosomes and clinical manifestations. Method ： Analysis of peripheral blood chromosome karyotype of genetic counseling patients. Results ： 27 cases of abnormal karyotype of chromosome found in blood chromosome examination of 1896 genetic counseling patients, the positive rate was 1. 424%. Conclusion： The clinical manifestations of abnormal sex chromosome exist certain relationship.
