摘 要:矿井提拉装置在提升设备、人员的过程中,如果提拉装置的摆动量过大,将会严重影响人员、设备的安全提升。为此必须要对提拉装置的摆动量进行检测。提出基于机器视觉的提拉装置摆动量检测方案。为了保证摆动量检测的精确度,采用相邻两帧图像差分法,HOS分割及形态学处理的方法得到的运动变化区域图,得到精确的运动目标的边缘。用最小二乘法拟合形心,得到一个形心点集,求形心点集的最小包容圆,并利用摄像机标定的结果把圆心及半径对应的圆上的点转换到世界坐标,从而完成了对提拉装置最大摆动量的检测。If the mine pulling apparatus swing is too large in the process of lifting equipment,personnel, it will seriously affect the safety of personnel and equipment. This must be detected amount of rocking of the pulling apparatus. To pulling device swing amount detection scheme base on machine vision, in order to ensure the accuracy of detection of the amount rocking, changes in motion obtained by the method using two adjacent image difference method, HOS segmentation and morphological processing area figure are presented. Accurate moving target edge is obtained, then using the least squares fit centroid to get a centroid points set. Centroid point set minmum inclusive round is seeked. And using the result of camera calibration point conversion on the center and radius of circle corresponding to the world coordinates, thereby the largest swing amount detection apparatus for pulling single crystal furnace is completed.
