摘  要:案例教学以案例为引导,让受教育者通过阅读、分析和思考以及相互之间的讨论和争辩,提高思维推理和处理问题的能力,是医学教育中值得推广的教学方法.本文对教学案例设计选择、案例教学课堂实施、现代教学手段方法使用、评价指标体系构建等案例教学体系构建与实施中的关键问题进行了探讨.实践证明,案例教学是一种有效的教学方法,有助于调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,促进理论与实践结合,提高学生学习效果,培养学生发现、分析和解决问题的能力.Case teaching improves the ability of logical reasoning and solving problem of the educated through reading,analysis and reflection and mutual discussions and debates as a case to guide.It is a outstanding teaching methods to popularize in the medical undergraduate course teaching.This paper discusses some key problems in medical case teaching,such as medical teaching case selection,case teaching in classroom,use of modern teaching method,evaluation index system construction of case teaching system.The use of case teaching in medical undergraduate teaching is helpful to arouse students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,improve the students' learning effect through a combination of theory and practice,bring up the ability of discovering,analyzing and solving problem.
