摘 要:医学教育过程中学生的科研训练日益受到关注.首都医科大学燕京医学院生理学与病理生理学教研室针对本校2010级临床医学专业部分学生开展了以心功能测定为主题的科研训练活动.结果显示,学生的科研创新思维得到了启迪,探索新知识的理念得到了加强,对基础生理学知识的理解更趋深入,不仅对实验教学中相关原理的理解更加透彻,而且牢固掌握了相关的实验技法,取得了较好的效果.从中得到的基本经验是,恰当设计、合理规划学生科研内容,尽量选取与课程基本知识密切相关的研究课题至关重要;项目实施过程中充分发挥学生自身的能动性可以使活动的效果实现最大化.作为课堂教学的补充,适当的基础科研训练活动对于医学生学习、记忆基础知识,启迪创新思维,增强对新知识的好奇心,提高自主学习能力具有重要作用.Quality education and innovative ability culturing are the goals and principles of the higher education reforms.The integration of scientific research into medical education is being a widely discussed topic.This study was conducted at our college in 2012,with a thesis of heart function determination in rat and total of 12 second-year students participating in it on a voluntary basis.A standardized test and questionnaire was used to evaluate the efficiency.The evaluation to the scientific program showed that the undergraduates' ability of scientific research and sense of innovation was trained,and the undergraduates' culture was wholly improved.All of the participated students progressed in the acquisition of basic skills and knowledge of physiology.Their abilities to seek solutions to real world problems were largely enhanced.They know how to work cooperatively in groups and how to find and use appropriate learning resources.This program engaged the curiosity of the students and encouraged them to think critically and analytically.Despite the aspect of how to enhance the role of teacher need to be further investigated,the scientific program has been successful.From the program,we learned that undergraduate' scientific research training must be combined with theoretic teaching and experimental teaching.Prepare appropriate thesis to engage the curiosity of students is very important.
