综合运用多种教学方法与手段,提高新装备课堂教学质量

摘　　要：教学方法是完成教学任务的手段。良好的教学方法是教师引导学员掌握知识、掌握技能、发展智力和能力的重要保证。"装备结构原理"涉及机械、电子、液压与程序控制等多方面基础知识,教员难教,学员难学。笔者在教学实践中尝试综合运用讲授法、演示法、观摩法与练习法等多种教学方法与手段,教学过程中的应用研究证明这些方法有助于激发学员学习兴趣,调动学员学习积极性和主动性,培养学员分析问题、解决问题能力。The teaching method is the mean to complete the teaching mission. Good teaching methods are the important guarantee that teachers guide students to master knowledge and skills, and develop intelligence and ability. Equipment Structure Principle involves various basic knowledge of machinery, electronics, hydraulic pressure and program control. It is a difficuhy for teachers and students. The author tries to integrate various teaching methods and means of lecturing method, demonstration method, observation method and practice method and so on in teaching practice. It proved that these methods is helpful to stimulate students＇ interest in learning, to mobilize students＇ study enthusiasm and initiative, and to train students＇ ability of analyzing and solving problems.
