摘　　要：由于我国政府购买教育服务尚处于摸索阶段,在购买过程中出现了缺乏相关政策和长效机制等问题。要确保政府购买教育服务的健康持续发展,必须建立健全政府购买教育服务的组织、制度、环境、财政、监督等方面的保障机制。Because our government purchasing educational service is still in the exploratory stage, problems and lack of long-term mechanism of related policies in the purchase process. To ensure that the City Hall purchasing educational service has health and sustainable development, we must establish and improve the security mechanism of the government purchasing educational service in organization, system, environment, finance and supervision.
