摘　　要：大学生们对所加入或欲加入的学生社团有众多期望。为满足他们的期望,根据期望理论,高校学生社团建设应围绕提高期望值、增强效价和激励水平最大化三方面,在基础建设、制度建设和文化建设上下功夫,达到提高"个人成绩"、获得"组织认可"和实现"个人需求"的效果,满足大学生对发展兴趣爱好、找寻归属和实现自我价值的期望。Undergraduates have many expectations for the student associations they have joined or want to join. In order to meet their expectations, according to the Expectancy Theory, the development of the university societies should do as follows： focus on the three aspects, i.e. increasing expectancy, strengthening valence and maximizing motivation level; concentrate efforts in the development of infrastructure, system and culture; achieve the ＂organizational recognition＂ and fulfill ＂individual needs＂; meet the belonging and realize self-worth. effects of improving ＂personal achievement＂, gaining undergraduates＂ expectations to develop interests, seek
