摘　　要：当前社会治安形势的紧迫性对公安队伍整体素质提出了更高的要求,而公安教育和培训质量的高低直接影响到公安队伍整体战斗力的形成。建构公安司法职业化教学团队是立足于公安实际和教育培训的一种"强优补弱"和"分层主攻"的有效运作模式。The curre.nt severe situation of social security calls for high-quality public security forces, while the quality Of public security education and training will directly affect tile overall combat power of the police. Rooted in the reality of pollute education, the formation of police and justice professional teaching teams could be effective by operating the modes of ＂hnproving Strengths and Remedying Weaknesses＂ and ＂Achieving Major Goals Hiierarchically＂
