摘　　要：构建学习型社会是一种新举措,是一种全民参与的社会性活动。首先引出学习型社会的概念,接着在以人为本理念指导下,分析终身学习型社会的要素构成模型,最后从三个方面提出如何建设终身学习型社会。Building a ＂learning society＂ is the new approaches and requires everybody to participate in social activities. First of all this paper introduces the concept of learning society, then under the guidance of the concept of ＂people-oriented＂ , the author analyses the concept model of Lifelong learning society. At last, the article puts forward how to construct a lifelong learning society.
