摘　　要：开放教育资源是当今国际开放教育领域十分关注的一个热点话题。对英国开放大学OpenLearn项目和赖斯大学Connexions项目进行分析并总结项目取得成功的可借鉴的经验,以期为我国开放教育资源建设和共享中存在的问题提供解决思路。Open educational resource has been a hot topic in international open educational field at present.In this paper,we analyzed the ideas and characteristics of OpenLearn project in the Open University UK,Connexions project in RICE University United States,furthermore,the fitting experience was summarized,based which we can come up with methods to solve the problems in the development and sharing OER in our country.
