摘  要:良好的师生关系是教学过程中最基本的人际关系,和谐双赢的师生模式建立对于实验教师成长和学生培养都是非常关键的。实验教师在教育理念、教学内容和教学评价方式及技巧创新的实施策略下,构建和谐双赢的师生模式,提高教育教学和人才培养质量。Good relationship between teachers and students is the most basic interpersonal relationship in the teach- ing process, the building of harmonious win-win model between teachers and students for the teaehers and students are very important. By applying innovation strategy in education idea, teaching content and teaching evaluation methods and skills of teaching method, experimental teachers can construct the harmonious win-win model between teachers and students in order to improve the quality of education teaching and talent training foundation.
