摘  要:目的探讨情景剧模拟教学对护士进行紧急意外事件处理的培训效果。方法对45名护理人员进行培训,培训结束后发放问卷,调查培训效果。结果培训后护士满意率为85.84%;医生对护士的满意率为85.84%。护士认为经过培训后在评价、分析解决问题等方面进步显著,在病房内处理紧急事件的能力明显提高。结论情景剧模拟表演教学,可以激发护士对应急预案培训的学习兴趣,进一步提高护理人员应急能力,保证患者得到更加安全、有效、快捷的护理服务。Objective To explore melodrama simulation for nurses of emergency accident training effect.Methods Training of 45 nurses training,after the completion of training issued a questionnaire,the training effect.Results Before and after training,the ability of nurses to respond to emergencies difference was statistically significant.after nurses trained in the evaluation,analysis and problem-solving significant progress;In the wards of emergency handling ability rises apparently.Conclusion Drama performance simulation teaching,stimulate the nurse to emergency plan training study interest.To further improve emergency ability,make sure patients get more safe,efficient,quick nursing services.
