摘　　要：以党的十七大提出"深入贯彻落实科学发展观"为标志,胡锦涛政治伦理思想日趋成熟。"以人为本"的核心导向,"社会核心价值观"的创新理念及"民生发展"的社会和谐目标,构成了胡锦涛政治伦理思想的主要内容,并随着社会的进步和人的自由全面发展的诉求而不断地完善和发展,成为中国特色政治伦理的重要组成部分。Marked with the proposal of＂further implement the scientific concept of development＂in the 17th National Congress of CCP,Hu Jintao＇s thought on political ethics became mature.The main content of the thought includes putting people first as its core,cultivating and observing socialist core values as an innovative idea and developing people＇s livelihood as the goal of social harmony.The thought becomes an important part of political ethics with Chinese characteristics when the society is progressing and the all-round development of human＇s freedom is fulfilled.
