高校青年教师职业道德失范的形成机制溯因及对策研究

摘　　要：引起高校教师职业道德失范的因素,除了高校教师自身的品德修养素质之外,更多的来源于当前高校职称评价制度、科研评价制度、教学评价制度以及师德评价制度对高校教师尤其是青年教师心理、情感、价值观产生的各种不良影响。清理各种具有不良功利化导向的评价体系、厘清教师职业定位,可以解决高校教师尤其是青年教师职业道德失范的主要问题。Apart from university teachers＇ moral character qualities, factors caused by university Teachers＇ Professional Ethics anomie come greatly from variety of negative influences to university teachers, especially youth teachers＇ psychology, feeling and attitudes towards values under current system of university evaluation , scientific evaluation and teaching evaluation. Eliminating all kinds of utilitarian-oriented evaluation system and clarifying teachers＇ professional orientation could solve the main problems of university teachers＇ moral anomie particularly from the youth teachers.
