什么推动高科技企业高速成长——基于小米科技公司的案例分析

摘　　要：随着经济全球化、知识经济一体化的到来,当今高科技产业的发展可谓日新月异。面对激烈的市场竞争,高科技企业的高速成长问题逐渐引起专家学者、企业家和政府部门的关注。该文在高科技企业成长理论基础上,建立了高科技企业核心能力、网络能力和融资能力对高科技企业成长的影响模型,以小米科技为例分析高科技企业高速成长的能力基础。结果发现,小米科技能够以惊人的速度发展得益于自身三种能力的组合:以"铁人三项战略"为基础的核心能力、由众多外包生产商、供应商构成的完善企业网络架构和充足的内外源融资渠道。With the advent of economic globalization and integration of knowledge economy,today＇s high- tech industry has been developing with each passing day. In the face of fierce market competition, the rapid growth of bigh-tech firms gradually catches attentions of experts, entrepreneurs and government departments. Based on Firm Growth Theory of high-tech business,this paper establishes a model of the impact of high-teeh firm＇s core competence, network capability and financing capability on its rapid growth,and takes Xiaomi Technology as a case to analyze the capability foundation of rapid growing high-tech firms. The results show that the rapid growth of Xiaomi Technology comes from the combina- tion of three capabilities：core competencies based on ＂Triathlon strategy＂ , perfect firm network architec- ture constituted by many outsoureing manufacturers and suppliers,and adequate internal and external fi- nancing channels.
