临床实习护生操作失误引发的教与学思考

摘　　要：通过典型案例结合相关文献,分析护生在医院实习中存在的问题,提出未来教与学的思考和改进方向,即抓住护理教与学的三个薄弱环节,改变传统教学模式,探索新的教学模式,以提高教学质量,培养出综合素质高,应变能力强,协调沟通能力好的实用型护理人才。Through typical eases,we analyzed the teaching and lerning problem exist in opreation by nursing students of undergraduate internships in training hospital,and come up with the ideas and the direction to improve the training quality,we can seek out the three ways week link of nursing education,and polish our training approach and education quality to train practical nurses with excellent,comprehensive quality and strain capacity as well as ability to communicate.
