摘　　要：针对表面肌电信号的特征,设计了基于AC6621 PCI采集卡的肌电信号采集系统。结合高性能数据采集卡AC6621的特点和功能,将其应用于数据采集系统中。利用Visual C++作为开发工具,详细给出了进行数据采集的编程方法,并且在肌电信号采集系统中得到实际应用,取得了较好的效果。The EMG signal acquisition system based on AC6621 is designed to deal with the diffi- culties in capturing the EMG signal. Combined with the features and functionality of the high - performance data acquisition card, AC6621 will be applied to the data acquisition system. By using Visual C＋＋ as a development tool,details are giv- en by programming methods for data collection. The design of the EMG signal acquisition system has been used in practice, and achieved good re- sults.
