有机化学课程考核方式改革的探讨

摘　　要：改革有机化学课程考核方式,建立了多元化的考核模式.课程成绩由平时50%+期末40%+课程论文10%组成.平时成绩主要包括作业(10%)、课堂提问(10%)、学生自出试卷和阅卷(10%)及阶段化考试(20%).此考核方式提升了学生综合素质,有利于创新能力的培养.The examination method of reform of organic chemistry was reformed and the diversified examination mode was established. The course grade was composed of regular grade（ 50% ）, final exam grade（ 40% ） and course paper scores （ 10% ）. The regular grade primarily included student work （ 10% ）, classroom questions （ 10% ）, examinationand marking by students （ 10% ） and phased examination （ 20% ）. This examination mode was helpful for enhancing the overall quality and training innovation capability of students.
