摘 要:数字化考试是无纸化考试的延伸和扩展。随着网络信息技术的发展及其在教育考试中的应用,无纸化考试成为近年来考试改革的主要取向。传统的纸质考试在现代远程教育实践中表现出诸多不适应,尤其表现为内容设计和考试方式无法适应和满足远程学习者的现实需求。随着网络信息技术的发展以及远程教育考试实践经验的日渐积累,数字化考试凭借其能够满足大规模统一考试、跨越时空限制、满足"随学随考"、保密性好、考试成本较低等优势,成为当前远程教育考试改革的主要取向和有潜力的选择。为了推进远程教育考试改革的进程,我国的数字化考试应依据考试学的原理与理念来设计考试平台系统,遵循互通数据库系统、注重考试科学性、融合信息技术、推进教学评一体化、实施多元化评价、发展模块化组合等6项原则,重点处理好数字化考试与教学、教务管理、质量评估、毕业审核四者之间的关系,解决考试信息功效、信息技术与考试融合、人本化设计等关键技术,从而真正实现数字化考试满足远程学习者个性化需求的本质目的,以及实现数据信息的高度共享和深度挖掘。Digital Examination is the extension and expansion of Non - paper Examination. With the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of online education, Non - paper Examination becomes the main trend of Examination reform. The traditiona! paper - based examination becomes more and more unsuitable for distance education, and its content design and exam form, in particular, can hardly meet the demand of dis- tance learners. With the development of information technology and the practical experience of distance examina- tion, the digital exam becomes the main trend and an inevitable choice in that it meets the demand of massive scale examination, overcomes space - time restrictions, and realizes testing along learning, satisfactory confidentiality and low cost. In order to enhance the process of educational examination reform, the examination platform system of China should be so designed that it is in accordance with the theories and concepts of exam - science, and follow the six design principles : the interoperability of database system, emphasis on the exam scientific, the integration of information technology, the integration design of teaching, learning and evaluating, the implementation of diver- sifted evaluation, the development of modularized combination. Meanwhile four relations should be taken good care of: exam and education, exam and teaching management, exam and quality evaluation, and exam and graduation audit. As well, some key technologies such as information efficiency, integration of IT and exam, and humanistic design should be resolved.
