摘　　要：介绍了一种防止混凝土搅拌运输车发生侧翻的预警技术,该技术通过主控芯片实时将采集到的道路参数和车辆参数带入预警算法中,从而得出侧翻速度阈值,并与车辆实际的行驶速度相比较。当出现潜在侧翻危险时,语音芯片会立即给驾驶员发送预警信号,让其采取适当的措施防止车辆侧翻。这种预警技术可以降低大型车辆的交通事故率,具有潜在的研究价值。An early warning technology to protect rollover of concrete mixer was introduced. Through road and vehicle parameter collected by the main clip, the rollover velocity threshold was gained which can be compared with the actual speed of the vehicle, In case of rollover tendency, early warning would be sent by clip which inform driver to take action. This early warning technology can lower the accident rate of larger vehicle, which have huge research value.
