摘  要:应用型本科院校工科专业人才培养中,实训环节的薄弱是导致无法有效为社会培养与输送具备较强实践动手能力和一定创新意识的应用型工程技术人才的主要原因。笔者提出了校企资源整合的"五步循环、三位一体"实训教学模式,强调以学生为主体,以工学结合为宗旨,以岗位职业能力和职业素养的培养为重点,立足企业典型岗位工作任务及具体工作过程,设计实训教学项目和开展课程实训,切实体现"教、学、做"一体化。通过"焊接结构制造"课程实训的应用实践表明,该模式可有效提升学生的学习主动性和工程实践能力,实训教学质量和教学效果显著提高,"就业难"和"人才荒"矛盾也可迎刃而解。The main cause of that the universities cannot offer talents who hold innovation and practical ability to enterprises is the lack of experimental training in universities. To solve the problem, authors present a new experimental mode of "five-step circulation and three-part in one" which is supported by university-enterprises co-operation. The mode emphases that students are main body, study should combine practice, and trains the profile and career competencies. The mode requires that teaching, learning and experiment should gather together. We applied the mode to design the experimental course of manufacture of welding structure. It is proved that the mode can promote the studying activity and practical ability of students, the quality of teaching is improved obviously. It may help to solve the problem of "employment difficulty" and "lack of talents".
