摘　　要：高校房产引入社会物业服务企业,实行专业化、社会化的物业管理服务,为教学、科研提供安全可靠的后勤保障,为师生生活提供良好的服务,这是高校房产管理改革的一项新的探索。以清华大学的高校物业管理模式实践为例,介绍引入社会物业服务企业在制度建设、服务采购、评标设计、文化建设等方面的经验和改革探索。It is a latest issue of how to provide high quality property management service and create secure working and learning environment for the students and the teachers by hiring professional property management companies in universities. Tsinghua University was cited as an example of cooperating with property management enterprises, the management mechanism setting up, tendering document design, campus and company eulture integration are discussed in this paper.
