高校重点实验室大型仪器设备网络管理的探讨与实践

摘　　要：仪器设备的高效管理和维护是实现重点实验室科技创新作用的基础。针对大型仪器设备人工管理存在的问题,以广东省食品质量安全重点实验室为例,开发了基于B/S的三层架构的大型仪器设备网络管理系统,包含大型仪器设备的信息管理、开放预约、统计报表等功能。实现了高校教学科研仪器设备远程监控和网络化管理,满足了信息采集的实时性和快捷性,促进了测试工作的程序化进行,成为保证仪器设备的可持续运行的有力举措。The efficient management and maintenance of large-scale instruments and equipment are the basis of realization of the science and technology innovation of key laboratories. In view of the shortage of manual management of large-scale instruments and equipment, a network service platform based on a data system of 3-layer B/S structure was developed and implemented in Key Laboratory of Food Quality and Safety of Guangdong Province. This platform contains information management, reservation function, and statistical reports of large-scale instruments and equipment. Through the platform, all large-scale instruments and equipment can be monitored remotely and managed on network; all information can be collected rapidly in real time; all the testing can be carried out following procedure. The practice on network management is an effective measure to guarantee the sustainable operation of large-scale instruments and equipment.
