摘　　要：整合企业治理、演化和竞争相关理论要素,建构企业战略分析的协同演化整合范式,形成"认知-决策-治理-竞合"协同演化的战略分析层次结构,阐述整合范式的系统结构、演化机制及其在企业战略分析和管理中的应用思路。This paper is intended to construct a co-evolutionary paradigm of enterprise strategic analyses by integrating the interrelated elements in theories about enterprise governance, evolution and competition into a hierarchical and co-evolutionary framework, i. e. , the ＂cognition-decision-governance-competition＇, and to explain the systematic construction and evolutionary mechanism of the integration paradigm and the application in enterprise strategic analysis and management.
