摘 要:给排水专业应用型创新人才的培养目标对现行的专业人才培养模式提出了改革的要求。现行的给排水工程技术专业人才培养目标、教学体系及实践教学应当进行系统的优化、改革,实行以"课堂教学为基础,实践环节为支撑,科研训练为依托,竞赛活动为引导,校企结合为保障"的创新能力培养模式,突出培养大学生的应用能力和创新能力,为地方经济社会发展培养企业要求的应用型创新人才。In view of the problems of the traditional education existing in the professional talents train- ing, the cultivation of professional applied innovative talents in water supply and sewerage engineering has set a goal of reform. The current training objectives, teaching system and practice should be sys- tematically optimized and reformed. And a new mode is presented for developing students~ innovative abilities, which is based on "the classroom teaching, supported by the practice, relied on scientific re- search, guided by the contest, and ensured by the school-enterprise integration". It attaches great im- portance to students' application and innovative abilities, aiming at cultivating high-quality innovative applied personnel for the local economic development.
