摘　　要：哈尔滨医科大学参照世界医学教育联合会制定的医学教育标准,借鉴美国、日本等国家的先进课程模式进行教学改革,改革包括新课程模式建立和新教学方法探索,即基于系统的基础医学横向整合课程模式并采用了以问题为基础学习(PBL)教学方法。通过改革,课程整合打破了学科之间的界线,加强了各学科间的有机联系,有利于知识的传授。其次,培养了学生自我学习能力、良好沟通能力、批判性思维、思辨能力和团队精神。In Harbin Medical University（HMU） ,a system based on horizontally integrated courses of biomedical education with the teaching method named problem - based learning was applied, by the use of the experience of other countries for reference, such as the United States, Japan and so on. The staff in HMU have also studied WFME Global standards. As a result, the curriculum integration has broken the boundaries among the different disciplines and strengthened the organic connections among these disciplines, improving the teaching of knowledge. Meanwhile, the curriculum reform has also cuhivalted the students＇ self - learning ability, communication skills, critical thinking, thinking ability and group spirit.
