摘　　要：随着高校的不断扩招,青年教师的培养成为高校师资队伍建设工作的一项重要任务。各院校都在积极寻找提高青年教师教学水平的方法。讲课比赛可调动广大教师进行教育教学研究,是提高青年教师教学能力的有效途径。文章分析了讲课比赛对于提高青年教师教学水平的重要意义,具体介绍了徐州医学院近年来开展青年教师讲课比赛的做法和有效经验,供其他院校参考、借鉴。Along with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the cultivation of young teachers becomes an important task of build-up of faculty.Colleges are actively looking for ways to improve the young teacher's teaching standards..Teaching contest can arouse the teachers research on teaching methodsand it is an effective way to improve teachers' teaching abilities.The article analyses the significance of improving young lecturers' s teaching with the teaching contest and introduces the practice and effective experience of young lecturers'.the teaching contests of Xuzhou Medical college in recent yearswould be reference for other colleges and universities.
