食品分析课程的教学改革

摘　　要：以食品分析课程的建设为改革对象,总结了食品分析课程在培养模式、教学内容、教学方法和手段等方面的建设成效。构建了食品分析课程"两基本两能力"的培养模式;更新与优化了教学内容,强化了学生标准意识;引入了网络教学、仿真实验等现代化教学手段,实现多种教学手段的结合。This paper reviewed the course construction of food analysis in the perspectives of the training mode, course content, teaching method and means. It suggested that the course be constructed in terms of ＂Double Basics and Double Abilities＂ training mode, optimized and renovated course content, reinforced students＇ standard consciousness, and muliti-rnodals of network and simulation experiment in instructions.
