养殖鳜鱼营养成分和血液生化指标的初步研究

摘　　要：The nutrient components in the muscle and constants of blood biochemical parameters in two group of different cultrivated mandarin fish, siniperca chuatsi, were studied in the present paper. The results show that the protein contents, the total contents of amino acids and the essential amino acids are in a relatively stable scope. In blood biochemical parameters, the values of serum enzyme activities, uric acid, glucose and cholesterol’s contents are all obvious different.
