摘　　要：医学本科学生创新能力的培养已经是医学院校实施创新人才培养的重要举措,也是社会的需求。创新能力的培养涵盖了创新思维、团队合作精神和科学精神等科研素质的培养。课题组在指导学生科技创新项目的过程中发现大学生科技创新项目可以作为一个很好的方法来培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,并成效显著。Medical undergraduate students＇ innovative ability is the important measures for medical colleges to implement innovative talents training and social needs. The cultivation of innovative ability includes innovative thinking, teamwork spirit and the cultivation of scientific spirit and scientific research quality. This research group in the process of guiding students of science and technology innovation projects found that college students of science and technology innovation projects can serve as a good way to cultivate students＇ innovation consciousness and innovation ability, and effective.
