摘　　要：地方高校专职辅导员在地方高校教育发展中起着非常重要的作用,他们承担着思想政治教育、心理咨询、学生事务管理和职业生涯管理等方面的职责。辅导员制度成立60多年来,制度发展遭遇瓶颈。推进专职辅导员队伍"职业化、专业化、专家化"建设,对地方高校辅导员队伍建设具有重要的意义。Full-time counselors of local universities play an important role in the development of education in the local colleges, which they take responsibility for the ideological and political education, psychological counseling, student affairs management and occupation career management and so on. The counselor system had encountered its bottleneck from first establishment to nowadays. The professionalism, specialization and expertise of full-time counselors has a vital significance to the construction of counselor personnel in local universities.
