摘  要:以某大学机械系数控加工技能人才104人为研究对象,采用心理学实证研究方法,发现数控机床操作过程中操作手需要6种能力:推理和思维灵活性、形状知觉和表象旋转能力、手部动觉反馈能力、手眼协调能力、空间概括和记忆能力、计划与执行能力。这6种能力可以进一步概括为2种更一般的能力:认知灵活性和空间能力。并据此提出了数控加工技能人才培养的几点建议:根据能力结构,实现人才的合理选拔;制定科学合理的培养方案;在课堂教学过程中进行渗透教育;重视学生能力结构的优化,培养高素质创新型人才。With the talents of numerically controlled machining skills in one university as an example, by using empirical research methods of psychology, six abilities are required in numerically controlled machining, which are reasoning and thinking flexibility, shape perception and image rotation capacity, hand kinesthesia feedback ability, eye-hand coordination, spatial summation and memory ability, planning and implementation capacity. These abilities can be summarized as 2 capacities of cognitive flexibility and spatial ability. Based on these studies, researcher gives several suggestions on personnel training of numerically controlled machining, such as selecting talents reasonably through evaluation of ability structure, developing scientific and rational program based on ability structure, carrying out infiltrating education in the classroom teaching process, emphasizing on optimizing students' ability structure and cultivating high quality talents.
