摘　　要：高职院校兼职教师队伍的现状是兼职教师的主体地位欠尊重,他们的主体性还有待于进一步激发,其主要原因在于兼职教师群体组织欠优化,群体规范不完善,群体文化欠培育。对此,必须建立健全兼职教师治理机制,完善兼职教师评聘制度,培育兼职教师文化。The status of the part-time teachers in vocational colleges is somewhat low and these teachers are lack of respect from others. The main cause is that the organization of the part-time teachers is not perfectly established and the organization culture is not cultivated. In view of these, the paper proposes that the part-time teachers＇ governance mechanism should be established, the employment and evaluation rules concerned should be made and the organization culture of the part-time teachers should be cultivated.
