摘 要:为了掌握排气阀运动特性,应用AMESim软件建立了船用低速智能柴油机排气阀驱动系统计算模型,在与试验数据对比验证的基础上进行了排气阀驱动过程仿真分析.分析了排气阀液压控制单元的进油口倒角、回油口倒角、排气阀节流孔等主要参数对排气阀的开启和关闭过程的影响规律,得出以下结论:随着排气阀液压控制单元进油口倒角的增大,排气阀开启时刻提前,关闭时刻延后且伺服油压力越小,影响越明显;排气阀关闭过程的关闭时间长度随排气阀液压控制单元回油口倒角增加而逐渐减小;排气阀开启时间随排气阀节流孔径增大而逐渐增加,而节流孔径增大,排气阀关闭时刻提前.For the purpose of predicting the exhaust opening and closing processes, the researchers built a calcula- tion model of an exhaust valve driving mechanism for intelligent low-speed marine diesel engine utilizing the AMES- im software, to accurately simulate exhaust valve driving process and also validate functionality of the models by comparing test data. The function of the oil inlet chamfer, oil return chamfer and the orifice to the open and close progress of the hydraulic exhaust valve were analyzed and the corresponding conclusions were drawn. As the oil inlet chamfer of the hydraulic control unit of exhaust valve increases, the opening of the hydraulic exhaust valve takes place earlier and the closing of the hydraulic exhaust valve takes place later. The smaller the servo oil pressure, the more obvious phenomenon. The length of the close time of the hydraulic exhaust valve is smaller with the increase of the oil outlet chamfer. With the throttle diameter being bigger, it allows the open time of the hydraulic exhaust valve to be longer. Thus, the bigger the throttle diameter, the earlier the close time of the hydraulic exhaust valve.
