摘  要:五自由度机构是某高超声速风洞的关键设备之一。针对风洞长期频繁使用五自由度机构暴露的问题,对五自由度机构进行改造,改造内容包括:控制系统改造、Y轴速度提升、隔热板机构改造和线缆更新。技改后对五自由度机构进行了测试和标模试验,结果表明:五自由度机构性能有明显提高,标模测力试验结果良好、满足国军标值。The five degree of freedom mechanism is the important part of equipment in hypersonic wind tunnel. In order to solve the problems exposed during long-term and frequent using, technical improvements need to be done. The main content of the improvements includes renewing of control system, inereasing of Y-axis motion speed, and improving of insulating heat board mechanism and cable renewing as well. The five-degree-of-freedom support mechanism has been checked out and applied to carry out a standard model test after technical improvements, the test results demonstrate that the performance of the support mechanism get improvement obviously, and the force measurement test results of the standard model are well which satisfy to the demand of national military standard.
