摘　　要：随着高师院校课堂教学改革的深入探索,"双导师制"教学模式越来越受到教师的重视。由于院校之间存在着层次差异、学生差别、发展差距,在实施"双导师制"教学模式中存在着各自不同的背景与特点。因此有必要分析地方性高师院校"双导师制"教学模式的实践特征,在此基础上提出创新路径。With the further exploration of the teaching reform for local normal colleges and universities ,more and more concern has been paid to the double tutorial system teaching mode. But there are different backgrounds and characteristics in implementing the double tutorial system teaching mode because of the gaps among colleges＇ differ- ences of level, the differences of students and the difference of developments. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the practical characteristics of the double tutorial system teaching mode in local normal colleges and universities, based on this, advances the innovation ways.
